Designing the Heart of Riyadh Season: Bakr Al Shadi & Mohammed Al Ali Theatres
We are honored to have played a role in shaping two of the most significant performance venues at Boulevard Riyadh City—Bakr Al Shadi Theatre and Mohammed Al Ali Theatre. With seating capacities ranging from 600 to 1000, these theatres serve as the primary cultural stages of the annual Riyadh Season, an event that has become a symbol of the Kingdom’s dynamic entertainment transformation.
Commissioned by Sela Studios in collaboration with the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, our studio was entrusted with delivering specialized Theatre Planning Consultancy for both venues. This scope encompassed a holistic approach to theatre design, ensuring each space meets international performance standards while reflecting local ambition and cultural relevance.
